Singapore Puzzle Hunt
Who makes it
A hunt is written, tested, drawn, and hosted by a small group of volunteers. Individual names are published with that year’s puzzles, where people can be thanked for the work they actually did, rather than collected into a permanent roll that goes stale.
- Writing — puzzles, flavour, and the structure that ties a year together.
- Testing — solvers who meet the puzzles before you do, and send them back with the seams marked.
- Art and production — the covers, the desk, and the pages you are reading.
- Hosting — the answer checker, the errata, and the person watching the inbox.
A note on the look of the site
The lamp, the map, the chessmen, and the books are the hunt’s front room: a table after someone has been puzzling and has not yet tidied up. Each year’s cover is the door into that year’s archive.
If you helped and your name is missing from a year’s credits, write to the organisers. We would rather correct the record than leave a tester unnamed.
