Singapore Puzzle Hunt
- Who is it for?
- Teams of local solvers. Experience helps, but curiosity matters more. If you like crosswords, logic, wordplay, or staring at a diagram until it confesses, you are in the right room.
- When is the next hunt?
- Once a year. Dates go out to the mailing list before registration opens. Subscribe on the home page and you will hear about it there.
- How big is a team?
- Small enough that everyone still has a puzzle in front of them. A handful of friends is the usual shape. See Teams for how to get one together.
- Does it cost anything?
- That is announced with each year’s registration. We keep the hunt small, and we say so plainly when sign-ups open rather than hiding a fee in the FAQ.
- Can I play from overseas?
- The hunt is organised for teams of local solvers. If you are visiting and you have a team here, you are welcome. It is not built as a remote international event.
- What if my team gets stuck?
- Stay with it a little longer than is comfortable, then switch puzzles. Hints, when they exist, are part of that year’s instructions — not a back channel. After the hunt, the epilogue is where solutions can be discussed.
- Where do I find old puzzles?
- The archive collects each year’s theme. Puzzles from closed hunts are the best way to see whether this is your sort of weekend.
